When I log in to ProQuest it asks for another username and password, and I can’t connect. Why can’t I connect?

Answer

ProQuest may not connect correctly if your computer has security software installed and enabled (such as Norton Security or Zone Alarm). It is easy to configure these products so you can connect to ProQuest. Select the product you use from the ProQuest Support site.
