Luria Library FAQ

For student club events, please contact the library at library@sbcc.edu to book library spaces.

Directions for Public Space Use of Library 

• Upon arrival, please check in with the librarian at the Reference Desk, located at the center of the main floor. 
• Space usage must display clear signage that the space is open and welcoming to all students. 
• Please clean up the area after use. 
  • Remove all trash. 
  • Wipe down counters and surfaces.
  • Remove garbage to outside dumpsters. 

Please remember that usage of open library space requires that all students be invited and welcomed.  

Violence of any kind towards marginalized and protected groups will not be tolerated in the library.

Please keep surrounding areas wheelchair accessible.
